Title:
  Using panel view with offset from screen edge makes the dock leave the
  other screen edge

Status in Cairo-Dock Plug-ins:
  New

Bug description:
  Make a dock with the panel view.
  Add a positive offset from screen edge.
  The other side of the dock extends out of the screen area.

  Expected: 
  The entire dock should become shorter by <offset> pixels with the other side remaining flush to the screen edge.
