I've been having this bug since day 1. I have asked on the cairo-dock
forum, and have been told this was fixed. I'm using version 3.3.2 on
Ubuntu 14.04.3

Bug description:
  CD version 3.1.2

  Sometimes, CD change himself the set of icon to another set were the
  most are question marks. I don't know how it happens.
