Why do we need discussions? We need a solution!
All the nice people at  http://glx-dock.org/bg_topic.php?t=8945
are doing there best but since 7 days there was only one solution
for the 64 bit version. For the 32 bit version there is no working
solution

Bug description:
  I tried with a lot of location all over the world without success. It
  says No data availabel, try it later. May be you didn't pay the api?
