It seems that some icons now have names like "org.gnome.Calculator", and
the dock is tricked by the dots.

  Some launchers have questionmark icon instead of normal icon

Bug description:
  Hello friends,

  I recently upgraded my Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon to version 20.
  After upgrade some launchers (not all) have the question mark icon.

  For example - calculator.
  In the menu it has the correct icon.
  When it is invoked from menu and no launcher is on dock the icon is correct.

  But when I create a launcher (by drag-drop from menu or by "Make it a
  launcher" when it is running) then icon is falling to question mark.

  Icons theme is set to Mint-X.
