Whenever I play a steam game, the dock never stays hidden.

I have to open a window and leave it running in the background - to
force it to hide.

But it does not really help, as whenever the mouse is pushed to the
bottom of the screen (even if I'm playing a FPS which captures the mouse
cursor) the dock pops up.

It is very annoying and distracting.  I don't know how to disable this
:(
