Public bug reported:

Weather applet is correctly configured but does not show any updates and
of course, shows no data.

When I try to remove applet from menu: 
Remove methods- right click over applet, weather, remove or using cairo dock configuration screen, suddenly cairo dock shuts off.

I'm unable to remove weather applet.
