  Unable to Create New Login for the Forums

Bug description:
  No matter what I do, I am unable to register here: http://glx-
  dock.org/subscribe.php

  The user name is available, but when I hit "send" at the bottom, part
  of the form gets blanked out, and I get no indication of success or
  failure. If I try to login with the credentials I created, I get this
