This does not seem to happen anymore, maybe fixed with changes in GTK
(or only a specific theme was affected)

Bug description:
  Hello,
  My theme configuration window is black.. (see the attached file). It seems to be the only window like this.. 

  To reproduce the bug, just go on the theme configuration window (easy
  to do I think..).
