I think I've reached the point where oeb2mobi is about as ready as it's
going to get without releasing it for actual beta-testing.  I went ahead
and created a quick 'any2mobi' using 'any2lit' as a template, modified
mostly to add the Mobipocket-specific conversion options (which there
are a few of this time).  There are a handful of changes not directly
Mobipocket-related in here -- I made a few interface changes which I
updated LIT conversion to reflect, and I added the useful 'generic
transforms' from Mobipocket conversion to LIT conversion as tell.

Let me know if you find any problems.  But no C code this time, so
hopefully smooth sailing.
