This is going to be a tough one. I have not been able to get the
"Native" PDF engine to output any size other than 8.5x11 inches for the
page size. The scaling of the text to the profile's size is why you're
seeing the text cut off like that. If I remove the special case for OS X
and use Qt's PDF engine each page becomes and image and text cannot be
selected. But it looks correct. This is yet another issue with PDF
generation being so horribly broken on OS X.
