Squashed all the changes during modification.
Here are the summaries:
1. We have added a "Device ID" column in machine list google sheet, by default, it's <customer account>-<shortened model name>-<5 digits CID with a prefix letter 'c'> which is much more meaningful than just CID, and it will also be used to generate agent name.
2. If the default "Device ID" is not suitable, we can customized it directly in machine list sheet, and agent name will be generated accordingly.
3. We can also specify customized queues in machine list sheet other than default queues.
4. Advertised_queues are also added.
