[Bug 2041593] Re: jammy/linux-lowlatency: 5.15.0-91.101 -proposed tracker

 

RT shows an unusual pattern with xfrm policy on generic arm64 but not on
lowlatency arm64. Assuming this is again due to test cases being too
reliant on non-shared network infrastructure.
