Review: Needs Fixing

I would like the merge to be re-worked then so that it's clear from the commits which devices are being removed due them being "old and broken" and which are release EoL changes

I'm also somewhat confused why devices like https://certification.canonical.com/hardware/201302-12728/ that was certified with Trusty is still in the lab and used
