Hello Ubuntu

I think "Standard images of Ubuntu may not work well, or at all.", this is not good enough.
I don't know if Dell (or other laptop brand for that matter) have a policy to release ubuntu images for their machines, or if this is regional.
That is why I need to have this information:
Will last ubuntu release work or not on a model.
