Review: Needs Information

I've tried something similar in our jobs, and it's not helping. It seems to be a problem with the bos01 cdn right now. IS is aware of it, but it's causing a LOT of problems when trying to refresh/install snaps in the lab - and outside of it too I think.

If you really want to do this, let me know, but I don't think it will help right now based on what I've observed.  If IS doesn't get it fixed in the next day or so, I'm looking into another option to bypass the CDN, but it's always a tradeoff.
