[Bug 647301] Re: Cannot maximize other windows over full-screen shared Skype Video
LocutusOfBorg, thank you for working on this bug. Skype has removed the
ability to maximize the Skype video window so checking for the bug's
existence is not possible at this time.

3) What is expected to happen is during a Skype call, when the other
party shares their entire screen, and one maximizes the shared Skype
window, one may see and maximize other windows over it.
4) What happens instead is that one may not bring other windows over it,
nor maximize other windows over it. While this is a minor inconvenience,
it is annoying.
