@Brian: You are right. I'm not sure how this was in the old (2.1.0.81)
but the new (2.2.0.25) doesn't have an application menu except the one
from the Skype button (both within the the application and the tray
icon). Maybe Skype's developers should implement one of the Skype button
menus to the global menu but before that there should be no menus at all
in the global menu.
