Bug present in Natty (had it on Maverick before) with dual screen setup
on one screen.

The workaround from Daniel works for me.

On the "working" screen I can sometimes see that Acrobat at first scales
up the window and in a second step its content. If this is the case, the
second step is obviously broken.

Years ago I had similar issues when several applications obviously had
issues with negative coordinates, when secondary screen is to the left
of the primary screen.
