Binary package hint: firefox

My problem is: I have a video chat site that runs using the option panel
flash that says give access to the camera and microphone. In the
previous version of Mozilla Fire fox to click in global configuration
took me to the control panel directly to the page flash adobe, there
simply selected my site to have access to my camera and it worked
perfectly. But in this new version of Mozilla Fire Fox and Ubuntu 4.11
when clicking on configuration now takes me to Adobe page but it opens a
box of preferences within the Ubuntu or Mozilla, there appears now that
provide access to the site and camera. and currently works but after a
few minutes the camera freezes and I can not refresh my camera on the
page: (Can someone help me?
