I uninstall skype oneiric. I re-install skype with this procedure:
sudo apt-get install libqt4-dbus libqt4-network libqt4-xml libasound2
wget http://www.skype.com/go/getskype-linux-beta-ubuntu-32
cp getskype-linux-beta-ubuntu-32 skype-ubuntu_2.2.0.35-1_i386.deb 
sudo dpkg -i skype-*.deb

I received video (flip horizontally) but not sending
