Chris - I don't get any of the theme stuff but see the exact same from

But if it stays on RB needing to re-start when that plugin is installed
in RB,  then most users will attempt to preview a track & likely replace
it with the 2 other Gs plugins & deps.

That would somewhat defeat the purpose of having gstreamer0.10-fluendo-
plugins-mp3-partner in the first place
