I'm having the same problem:

flashplugin-installer: 11.2.202.228ubuntu1
nvidia-current: 295.33-0ubuntu1
Kubuntu 12.04 64 bits.

To fix it, just go to www.youtube.com/html5 and ENABLE html5 instead
flash.
