I fixed the problem in an Ubuntu 12.04 creating the mms.cfg file
(/etc/adobe/mms.cfg) containing:

OverrideGPUValidation=true
EnableLinuxHWVideoDecode=1

and using latest 64bits flash plugin at:
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/11.2.202.233/install_flash_player_11_linux.x86_64.tar.gz
