[Bug 759661] Re: Skype distro package segmentation fault (official package works)
I just confirm on Lucid (10.04.2 LTS) that Skype's main binary must be
added to prelink's blacklist.
The proof is made by testing the blacklisting as it works (just add -b
/usr/bin/skype at the end of /etc/prelink.conf) and by understanding why
the other workaround (apt-get install --reinstall prelink) works too.
Maybe it is time to fix it as this is an annoying bug for an LTS-class
distro !
