sound can be correctly played:

sound becomes noise:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEZOJ-KazvU&feature=player_embedded

firefox (18.0.1+build1-0ubuntu0.12.04.1), chromium (24.0.1312.56-0ubuntu0.12.04.1)...

after upgrade to adobe-flashplugin 11.2, the problem remains:
