It doen't affect PulseAudio. Tested. I'm almost sure, that it is new
version of Qt packeges problem

- In 13.04 after today's update Skype has segmentation fault .

- I'm not sure that it is a pulseaudio problem, but based on the list of
- upgraded packages - most likely .
