I tried the workaround (LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/i386-linux-
gnu/mesa/libGL.so.1 skype) but it didn't help

The solution is to use the libqtwebkit4 package from quantal and then it works
So it shoud be a "bug" from libqtwebkit4 i presume
