[Bug 1232942] Re: strange sound distortion every few calls

More information:

- The bug appears on both raring and saucy
- it doesn't matter whether I use the internal intel soundcard (7 Series/C210 Series Chipset, driver=snd_hda_intel) or the USB soundcard included in a Logitech H360 headset
- it doesn't matter whether pulseaudio runs as a user or system service
- it happens at every volume level

The attached distortion examples have been recorded using skype-call-
recorder (http://atdot.ch/scr/).

** Description changed:

- Every few calls, the sound suddenly is beging grossly distorted. Closing
- Skype and opening it again (the process was terminated) does not fix
- this issue, only a reboot does.
