[Bug 1004426] [NEW] Skype system tray menu "blinks"

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When I click on the Skype icon in the top panel, I always get the
following behavior:

1. It appears for a fraction of second;
2. It hides for a fraction of second;
3. It appears again, now for as long as I want it.

It's not happening on occasion, but every time. I can move mouse to the
next app indicator and then gol back to Skype -- and it will "blink"
again.

Attaching a video, though, there is no panel itself in it (Bug
#1004422).
