It happen with me too!
I can't to use the Science  Without Borders of Brazil in the part speaking(Adobe Flash Player Settings), https://myelt.heinle.com/ilrn/authentication/signIn.do?inst=MYELT.
System Operating information: 
Ubuntu 13.10;
Current Operatin system is Linux 3.11.0-14 generic x86_64.
