On my 12.04 64-bit system I added this code from post #11 to delete this
file on every boot-up:

sudo nano /etc/rc.local

Add in this just before the "exit 0" line:

rm -f /home/*/C\:\\nppdf32Log\\debuglog.txt
/tmp/C\:\\nppdf32Log\\debuglog.txt
