Depends: skype-bin (= ${binary:Version})

I'd like to emphasize the importance of this bug. I have seen several
users at Ask Ubuntu who claimed to have installed latest version, but
4.2 was still loaded. I thought they were just confused, but now we have
a theory of what might have happened.
