[Bug 1520782] Re: binary packages miss manifest.json file
I've just tested, and manifest.json file is now included into a binary
package. Corresponding part of change log:
+adobe-flashplugin (1:20160712.1-0ubuntu1) yakkety; urgency=medium

+ - NPAPI: 11.2.202.632
+ - PPAPI: 22.0.0.209
+
+ * Install the manifest.json so that Oxide can use the PPAPI Flash Player
