Public security bug reported:

Installed version Skype 5.x for Linux (Ubuntu 16.4) from Official web
site. When I send text messages to all users from my contact list, the
messages are marked with sending status but are not sent/received by the
recipients.

         Status: New

** Information type changed from Public to Public Security
