[Bug 1767476] [NEW] Flash Player out of date

Public bug reported:

The latest update of adobe-flashplugin seems not to be available to the
users. If I install adobe-flashplugin on Bionic (after having run "sudo
apt update") I get version 1:20180313.1-0ubuntu1, which provides Flash
29.0.0.113.

Testing it on

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/about/

results in the error message "Flash Player is out of date
(29,0,0,113).".

However, if I install flashplugin-installer instead, it downloads adobe-
flashplugin_20180410.1.orig.tar.gz, and I get an updated Flash for
Firefox.
