I was performing a distribution upgrade of an Ubuntu Desktop install of
Ubuntu 20.04 to Ubuntu 22.04 when I encountered a debconf prompt
regarding a speech-dispatcher config file which I had not modified. From
/var/log/dist-upgrade/apt-term.log:
