With the introduction of Ubuntu Preview in the Microsoft store and other
changes in Kinetic Server the testcase for Kinetic appears to be longer
valid.

  Re: step 10 in the instructions - in order to run "xcalc" I needed to
  "sudo apt install x11-apps" after installing the "x11-utils"
