[Bug 2009062] [NEW] iso.qa.ubuntu.com accesses resources over http

iso.qa.ubuntu.com accesses resources like stylesheets over http and
hence rendering is broken when viewed in an https-only browser such as
Chrome with

Always use secure connections
Upgrade navigations to HTTPS and warn you before loading sites that don't support it

turned on, or Firefox with it's equivalent option.

(These options are strongly recommended for security reasons)
