Title:
Proposed keyboard: Step 4 is misleading in Canary Installer Testcase
  description

Status in Ubuntu Manual Tests:
  New

Bug description:
  Testcase ID 1758

  http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/testcases/1758/info

I was following the above instruction to test the Lunar Daily build.

Step 4 states: "The proposed keyboard corresponds with your keyboard"

  [ Expectation ]
The installer is detecting my keyboard based on hardware probing.

[ What is actually happening? ]
The installer is detecting my keyboard based on the selected language, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/subiquity/+bug/2009679

[ Proposal to solve it ]

"The proposed keyboard corresponds with your keyboard, based on your
  previous language selection."
