If we remove those steps we don't even get to see the bitlocker screen
right? We should probably rather update the testcase to select 'install
next to another OS' in that case?

Bug description:
  The new desktop installer no longer asks to turn off BitLocker when
  the whole disk is erased. The previous content of the disk is
  irrelevant when it gets completely erased.
