This looks good! I'm quickly testing it before approving / merging. Can I just ask you to quickly amend the commit message? The qa-jenkins-jobs is a multi-project repo, and the current one is going to look generic when browsing the git log. Something like:

autopkgtest-cloud: add daily charm pack job

This also clarifies that the commit adds a job.
