Status in ubuntu-kernel-tests:
  New

Bug description:
  Issue found on 4.15.0-1080.88~16.04.1 Oracle, limited on instance
  VM.Standard2.1 only.

  Passed on other two type of instances:
    * VM.DenseIO2.8
    * BM.Standard2.52

  The apic test on this instance will fail with two different issues, one is:
    * FAIL: x2apic id matches cpuid (see bug 1918689)

  Another one is for this bug report:
    * FAIL: TMCCT should not be reset to TMICT value
