[Bug 2023654] Re: device-mapper: reload ioctl on test24_varcrypt (253:0) failed: Invalid argument

This happened in autpkg test of the latest crank of Lunar:linux-kvm
1006.6. The package is systemd

the logs are here:
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-lunar/lunar/amd64/s/systemd/20230613_103847_b2ff3@/log.gz

the testcase is upstream-1. I don;t know what system is running these
tests.

I will look into issues from upstream-2 as there are a few fails there
too

test matrix for this kernel is here:
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/adt-matrix/lunar-linux-meta-kvm.html
