[Bug 1946497] Re: ubuntu_ltp_controllers:cpuset_hotplug: write error: Operation not supported

 

We have this test re-enabled on older releases, this failure can be
found on X-4.4 ARM64 mcdivitt34-kernel as well.

Bug description:
  Seen on mcdivitt35-kernel.arm64 with xenial:linux-hwe(4.15) for
  sru-20210927. This is the first time ltp controllers are broken out,
  and it does not look like a kernel problem...
