The proposal to merge ~andersson123/autopkgtest-cloud:fix_logging into autopkgtest-cloud:master has been updated.

Description changed to:

fix: Make loggers in autopkgtest-web actually log somewhere

Previously, the loggers in the python modules `request` and
`private_results` were simply logging to nowhere. This MP solves that by
properly integrating the loggers with the flask module.
