Bug description:
When testing the LTP update (LTP 20230516, commit 3ebc2dfa85c) on
Oracle cloud.
The madvise11 test will timeout on specific instances:
* BM.Standard2.52 (Spawning 5 threads, with a total of 800 memory pages)
* VM.Standard.E3.Flex-4c.8m (Spawning 5 threads, with a total of 800 memory pages)
