The test.d/event/subsystem-enable.tc test will hang on ARM64k systems,

  Update timeout threshold for tests in ubuntu_kselftests_ftrace

Bug description:
  It looks like 10 minutes timeout threshold is not enough for this
  ftrace-direct.tc test on F-oracle-5.15 BM.Standard2.52.

  Experiment shows it will take about 12 minutes to run:
