  ubuntu_overlayfs_smoke_test.sh in ubuntu_overlayfs_smoke_test time out
  with F-riscv-5.15

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Issue found with 5.15.0-1040.44~20.04.2 Focal Riscv 5.15 instance

  This test will timeout with the 5 minutes threshold.

  Experiment shows it will take 5~6 minutes to run.

  * First attempt: 5min 58 sec
  * Second attempt: 5 min 43 sec
