[Bug 2034010] [NEW] ubuntu_bpf:test_verifier 5 failures with 5.4 kernel on s390x cloud

Not a new regression, as seen last cycle (2023.07.10) on hwe-5.4
(5.4.0-156.173~18.04.1). It is the first time we have tested this on
cloud. It fails only on s390x arch.
