So I had a discussion with Paride recently, and we spoke a bit about Britney. Since Britney doesn't interact with autopkgtest-web, I think this is the only change required. Though I'm not sure if there's a situation where requester would ever be none in this case. I think maybe the best idea is to remove the check altogether to be honest.
